While in the Palace, guests must respect Palace property and obey fire safety regulations.
It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosive, poisonous, staining and radioactive substances, piercing and cutting equipment, pyrotechnic devices, large packages or bags and pets.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the auditorium in outdoor clothing, with beverages and/or food or under the influence of alcohol.
While in the theater, guests must observe public order and respect other guests. Any persons, who damage caused to the theater will be prosecuted.
One ticket is valid for one person, regardless of age.
Entry to the Palace is permitted no earlier than one hour before the start of a show. Entry into the auditorium is permitted after the first bell. After the third bell entry is not permitted, however in case of late arrival our administrator will take care of you.
During performances all the electronic devices must be switched off. The use of photo and video cameras is not allowed during the performance.
The Nikolaevsky Palace is committed to providing superior service to all the guests. The Palace unfortunately is not accessible for the wheelchairs, however we take all reasonable measures to accommodate guests with disabilities.
The Nikolaevsky Palace does not have any special dresscode. Smart casual dresscode will be fine. Long pants are recommended for the gentlemen.
